Steps

1. To make a wine marinade, combine the following ingredients: 1/2 cup red wine, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg, and kosher salt. Whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
