To prepare the green beans for the air fryer, place them in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Bring the water to boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the beans are tender, about 20 minutes. Drain the hot water, and place the drained beans back into the bowl. Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve.
