  2. Ingredients:
  3. - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  4. - 1 large onion, chopped
  5. - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  6. - 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. - 6 cups chicken broth
  8. - 1 tsp dried thyme
  9. - Salt and pepper, to taste
  10. - 1 package wonton wrappers
  11. Instructions:
  12. Step 1: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until soft and fragrant.
  13. Step 2: Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
  14. Step 3: In a slow cooker, combine the chicken broth, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked chicken to the slow cooker.
  15. Step 4: Cover and cook the chicken and broth mixture on low for 6-8 hours.
