How to Make Pork and Eggplant Noodles with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1/2 pound pork, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium eggplant, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sliced green onion for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and cook for about 3 minutes until lightly browned.
