* 1 lb. shucked oysters
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
* 1/4 cup chopped shallots
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1/4 cup Jacks Vermouth
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* Crushed ice
* Oyster shooter glasses or small shot glasses

Fire Shucked Oyster Shooters with Jacks Vermouth Marinade Main Dish Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 pound oysters (shucked)
* 2 cups Jacks Vermouth
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the shucked oysters, Jacks Vermouth, minced garlic, chopped fresh thyme leaves, and melted butter. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
