  11. * 1/4 tsp black pepper
  12. * 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  13. * 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  14. * 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  15. * 2 tbsp tomato paste
  16. * 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  17. * 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  18. * 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  19. * Sour cream, for serving
  20. ### Instructions:
  21. 1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  22. 2. Cut the beef chuck into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  23. 3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
  24. 4. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. Add the onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the onions are softened.
