  3. - 4 pork chops
  4. - Salt and pepper to taste
  5. - 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. - 2 large onions, sliced into thin strips
  7. - 3 cloves garlic, minced
  8. - 1/2 cup white wine
  9. - 1 cup beef broth
  10. - 1 tsp dried thyme
  11. - 1 tsp dried rosemary
  12. Instructions:
  13. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  14. 2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  15. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  16. 4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  17. 5. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and minced garlic. Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the onions are softened and caramelized.
