- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Salt to taste
- Butter for greasing the pan
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter and place the slices of bread side by side in the dish.
3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, making sure to cover each slice completely.

Ingredients:
- Vanilla ice cream (two scoops per sandwich)
- French toast napoleons
- Maple syrup pecans
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on one half of the French toast square.
2. Top with another scoop of vanilla ice cream.
3. Spread some maple syrup pecans on top of the ice cream.
4. Add another scoop of ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
