  2. Ingredients:
  3. - 1 pound fresh salmon fillets, cut into patties (about 4-6 ounces each)
  4. - Salt and pepper, to taste
  5. - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. - 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  7. - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  8. - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  9. - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  10. - 2 large eggs, beaten
  11. - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  12. Instructions:
  13. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  14. 2. Season the salmon patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
  15. 3. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, chopped red onion, minced garlic, dried dill, and smoked paprika.
