  4. - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and chopped
  5. - 1 cup milk
  6. - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  7. - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  8. - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  9. - Salt & pepper to taste
  10. Instructions:
  11. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  12. 2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine chopped spinach leaves with milk, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, and salt & pepper to taste.
  13. 3. Mix well until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  14. 4. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  15. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  16. 6. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.
