- - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and chopped
- - 1 cup milk
- - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- - Salt & pepper to taste

- Instructions:

- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- 2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine chopped spinach leaves with milk, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, and salt & pepper to taste.

- 3. Mix well until the ingredients are well incorporated.

- 4. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish.

- 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

- 6. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.
