Ingredients:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add melted butter to the mixture and mix until it forms a sticky dough.
