  10. * 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and grated

  12. * 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  13. * 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  14. * 1/4 cup raisins
  15. * 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  16. Instructions:
  17. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line two 9-inch loaf pans with parchment paper.
  18. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  19. 3. In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  20. 4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  21. 5. Stir in the grated ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, raisins, and chopped walnuts.
