Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking sheet with butter or cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
