Ingredients

* 1 loaf of French bread
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 1 cup sliced mushrooms
* 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 2 tablespoons butter
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the French bread into 8 even slices, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, mince the garlic and set aside.
4. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
5. Add the minced garlic to the pan with the mushrooms and stir well.
6. Spoon the mushroom mixture onto each slice of bread, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
