  8. - 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  9. - 1 large egg
  10. - 1 cup breadcrumbs
  11. - 3 tbsp olive oil
  12. - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  13. - 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  14. - 2 celery stalks, diced
  15. - 6 cups chicken broth
  16. - 1 tsp dried thyme
  17. - Salt and pepper to taste
  18. - 1 cup fresh watercress leaves, chopped
  19. Instructions:
  20. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated ginger, chopped garlic, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  21. Step 2: Mix everything together until well combined. Shape into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
