  3. - 1 pound large prawns, peeled and deveined
  4. - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  5. - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  6. - 2 garlic cloves, minced
  7. - 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  8. - 1/4 cup soy sauce
  9. - 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  10. - 2 tablespoons lime juice
  11. - 1 tablespoon sugar
  12. - 1 red chili, seeded and chopped
  13. - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  14. - Salt and pepper to taste

  16. 1. Start by heating the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium high heat. Add the red onion, garlic, and ginger and stir fry for about 2 minutes until they become fragrant and soften.
