* 1 baguette or French loaf
* 4 cloves garlic, peeled
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* 2 cups mixed greens (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion)
* 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley, basil)
* 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* Salt and pepper, to taste
