Cover the bowl with cling wrap and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Roll out the dough to 14-inch thickness. Cut the rolls in half lengthwise. Brush the tops with egg wash. Bake in the preheated oven at 375?F (190?C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
