Steps

  1. Melt 1/2 cup molasses in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in 1/4 cup white chocolate chips. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, stir in 1 tablespoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Drop tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
