Steps
To make sooji upma, you will need: 1 tsp saffron strands, 1/2 cup ghee, 1/4 cup soya milk, and 1 teaspoon gram flour. In a heavy bottomed kadai, add 1 cup of water. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
