To prepare a spicy stir fry sauce, combine the following ingredients: 12 cup red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon each ground cumin and coriander, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring frequently, until browned on all sides, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the bok choy. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
