Steps

1. To puree a strawberry, you first need to remove the seeds from the fruit. If you don't have fresh strawberries, then you can use frozen strawberries. Peel the strawberries and cut them in half lengthwise. Place the sliced strawberries in the food processor. Pulse the mixture until it's smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla and pulse until combined. Pour into jars and refrigerate until you're ready to use it.
