  1. Place the courgette flowers in a large bowl and cover with cling film. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180?C/350?F/gas 4. Cut the flowers lengthwise in half and scoop out the insides. Fill each half with the filling of your choice.
