Steps
To make stuffed porkster chops, you will first need to prepare the pork. You will need a pork tenderloin, 2 lbs. of pork shoulder, 1 pound of sour cream, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt. If you don't have any pork, then you can use beef or chicken. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare your oven rack to the lowest setting. Remove the meat from the refrigerator and place it on the rack in the roasting pan. Place the chopped onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic into the skillet and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add the cooked pork and stir to coat it evenly with the onion mixture. Cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, tossing occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
