  1. To make a stuffed veal chops recipe, you'll need: Veal Chops - 1 lb. 1 1/2 lbs. Tenderloin Ribs (Separately) 2 tsp. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, until browned on both sides. Remove from heat and allow to rest 5 minutes. Cut the ribs in half lengthwise, and scoop out the meat. Place the cut-side down on the cutting board. Toss with the rest of the ingredients, except the parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes and guacamole.
