Cut the steaks in half lengthwise. Place the cut-side down on the rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
