To prepare a sweet burger recipe, you'll need: 1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 cup sweet potato puree 1/2 cup ketchup 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Instructions: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C) and grease 2 x 13-inch baking pans with cooking spray. Place the beef in the pan and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides of the halves. Toss them with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties and place them on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bun is golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
