To make a meatloaf, you first need to prepare the meat. You can use any type of meat, but I like to use ground beef. I use chuck roast, ground venison, ham, and pork. If you don't have any of these ingredients, then you can skip this step. Place all of the ingredients in the large bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
