Ingredients

• sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, vanilla

Steps

1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add the butter and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Gradually add the milk, beating until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
