  1. To prepare a tri colour raspberry tart, you will first need to gather your ingredients. You will need: 1 cup (240 ml) granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons (60 g) butter, 1 teaspoon (2.5 tbsp) vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon (25 grams) sugar. Preheat the oven to 175 ?C/350?F/Gas 4. Line the tart shell with clingfilm and set aside. Place the raspberries, sugar and butter into the pastry shell and bake for 20 minutes or until the filling is set. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
