You will need: 1 pound ground turkey, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Place all of the ingredients in the large bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare your oven rack to line the bottom and top racks with foil. Lightly grease the inside of your loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set it aside. In the mixing bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs and salt. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Spread the mixture evenly over the meat loaf and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the center is no longer pink. Remove the loaf from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting it into slices.
