In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in 2 cups refried beans and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Cook and stir until the beans are heated through, 3 to 4 minutes more. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the salsa. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with tortillas and guacamole.
