Add 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and garlic begins to turn golden brown, about 5 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons of water. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
