  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the butter and mix until the mixture is light and fluffy. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Form the dough into balls and flatten them with your hands until they are about 12 inch thick. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the balls on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees F. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
