  1. In a saucepan, combine the yoghurt, honey and sugar. Bring to the boil, then simmer until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Pour the mixture into the panna cotta molds and chill until set. Serve with whipped cream and honey comb.
