To prepare a beef sukiyaki recipe, you'll need: 1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon kosher salt 12 cup water 2 teaspoons sriracha 2 tbsp. kaffir lime leaves Instructions: Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. In small bowl, whisk together sake, mirin, sake vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over beef mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, at least 4 hours.
