  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside. Place the pork chops in the bottom of the foil-lined pan and cook over medium-high heat, turning once, until browned on one side and tender on the other. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the steamed buns according to the package directions. Fill each bun with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
