  1. To make a stuffed celery recipe, first cut off the top of the stalks and cut them in half lengthwise. Then cut each half into quarters. Place the cut side down on the cutting board. Cut the stems off of each quarter and place them inside the hollowed out stalk. Fill each stalk with the stuffing of your choice. You can stuff them with whatever you like, but I like to stuff mine with sage, thyme, parsley, or dill.
