  1. To make stuffed mushrooms with spinach, you'll need: Mushrooms. You can use any type of mushroom you like, but I like to use a mushroom that has been peeled and sliced into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides of the mushroom halves. Place the slices of mushrooms on ungreased baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until mushrooms are browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
