  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Spread the cheese mixture on the bottom of an 8-inch (22-centimeter) square baking dish. Fill the center of the dish with the filling. Bake in the preheated oven at 375?F (190?C) for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
