  1. To prepare thai burgers, you'll need: 1 pound ground beef, 2 tbsp. kosher salt, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the onion until translucent, 3 to 4 minutes, then add the garlic. Cook and stir for 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in the rice wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour the broth over the meat and mix well. Cover the skillet with cling wrap and refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour.
