Ingredients

• vanilla ice cream, sugar, salt, cream of tartar, vanilla bean

Steps

1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until soft Peaks form. Fold in the vanilla and chocolate chips. Transfer mixture to 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Freeze about 8 hours or until firm. Serve.
