• white chocolate, flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, vanilla

Steps

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 8 minutes. Add the butter and beat until melted. Gradually add the milk, beating well after each addition. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.
