  1. To make a chicken and wine sauce, combine the following ingredients: 1/2 cup white wine, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons chopped thyme, 1 teaspoon each kosher salt and ground black pepper. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the wine is reduced by half, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chicken.
