  1. In a large saucepan, combine the wine, sugar, butter, and salt. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chicken. Cook, tossing occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
